I read in the newspapers that BRACK OBAMA wins NOBEL PEACE PRIZE 2009.
ReplyDeleteMy first reaction was negative means i thought"WHY and FOR WHAT HE"?????
When you (ASHISH SIR) asked me to submit my opinion,I was really curious.but first of all i wanted to have a go through knowledge about this whole drama.i searched on the net..
WHO give this award==Norweigian Nobel Cmmittee.
MEMBERS of committee===T.J(chairman,former P.M of this nation)and five other members almost from some political party.
NOMINATIONS===205 for 2009
WHAT the committee said===="We are giving this reward to MR.OBAMA for his extraordinary efforts to strenthen international diplomacy and cooperation between people and his vision of and work for a world without nuclear weapons."
NOW FROM MY POINT OF VIEW:::
the award was really PREMATURE and politically executed.
HE (OBAMA) was only president for 12 days when nominations had to be submitted.
i thik the committe was impressed by his PRE-POLL SPEECHES.
i am not doubtful about his(MR.OBAMA) policies or leadership but just want to say that HE has not given the real input(as WORLD'S MOST POWERFUL PERSON) till now.
we know our neighbour PAK is the most UNSTABLE country at present and USA has offerd an aid of $7.4 billion help to it.I am not questioning their intentions that they are not working for PEACE .....
BUT THE real PROBLEM is the utilization and monitoring of this fund by PAK.
Because Pak earlier had misused such helps.
I think the committee would have wait for the results and then there will be no objection...
Now i really praise MR.OBAMA who said"i accept this prize as a call to action".
WE also want that this award should be an inspiration for OBAMA and HIS TEAM to work for the REAL PEACE of this world.
